Overall the staff was really helpful and very professional. Location: the hotel was right by Suitengumae at foot distance, and multiple convenient stores and restaurants. Furthermore, close to the station.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and affable day and night. I stayed in the room that was cleaned everyday and available with a clean bathroom as well as a good bed.

The best aspects of my weekend stay were the convenient location and the helpful staff. The hotel was situated within a short walking distance of two metro stations, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, there was a 24/7 supermarket right across the street, which was perfect for grabbing snacks and drinks. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, always going above and beyond to assist with any requests or issues that arose during my stay.

The worst aspect of my stay was the size of the room. While I expected it to be small, it was even smaller than anticipated.
